GROUP MEDITATION CLASSES
Our highly experienced teachers are often guest teachers at a variety of fitness, meditation and yoga studios, and we are also offering classes online. Please check our calendar so you can see the when and how you can join and practice with us.
WORKSHOPS
We are available to hold group Mindfulness and Meditation talks and workshops. Please check Mindfulness Keynotes and Workshops to see a list of topics we can present. We can also customize a topic based on your specific requirements and needs. This is a great option if you want to practice with your friends, if you are hosting an event, party or a gathering and would like to surprise your guests with a special experience.
